AI Transparency

Effective March 29, 2026

StrikePoint uses artificial intelligence to speed up document classification, quantity extraction, and draft estimate preparation. This page describes the AI services currently in use and the customer-data protections we rely on today.

AI Services Used

StrikePoint integrates with the following AI providers:

  • Google Gemini (Gemini 2.5 Flash & Pro) — Document classification, blueprint analysis, site photo analysis, satellite imagery interpretation, and measurement reconciliation.
  • Anthropic Claude (Claude Sonnet 4.6) — Specification reading, scope extraction, bid strategy analysis, quality assurance checks, and decision explanations.
  • OpenAI GPT (GPT-5 family) — Draft bid composition, material selection, labor estimation, weather intelligence, and notification formatting.

How AI Processes Your Data

When you upload a plan set or run a takeoff, StrikePoint may send documents or extracted document content to API-based AI services for the workflow step being performed. Each provider handles a specific part of the extraction and estimation pipeline rather than every document being sent to every model.

Data Protection

Your blueprints and plan sets are never used to train AI models.

StrikePoint sends documents to API-based AI services for real-time processing steps. Documents are transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS). We do not use customer blueprints, pricing, or plan sets to train StrikePoint models. We keep the claims on this page limited to what we directly control: API-based processing, encrypted transport, and human review rather than broad provider-retention or certification claims.

Human Review

AI-generated takeoffs are presented as drafts for your review. StrikePoint does not submit bids or make business decisions autonomously. Extracted quantities are shown with page references so you can verify the output against the original plan set.
